pizza on a rainy night

my crazy college papers left me famished this afternoon.

actually, i didn’t get a chance to eat lunch, because i was working on a print advertisement with my girlfriend from school.

so, when i got home at 3:45, i thought some pizza sounded pretty awesome.

(yes, pizza. i never eat pizza. just can’t say i’m a huge fan…so, this was an unusual craving).

1 hour later–Presto!

so, I just finished making 3 pizzas and tried each one, supplemented with a couple yummy sips of Corona beer.

Number 1: gourmet pepperoni slices, with oregeno, tomato, shallots, and swiss.

Number 2: pesto-base with mushrooms, onion, and provolone.

Number 3: thin-crust, goat-cheese basted, generously piled with spinach, thin slices of ham, and drizzles of honey (we didn’t have any fig spread, which usually compliments nicely with the goat-cheese, so I got creative!).

it was so easy, too! Nora, you will scold me for not making homemade crust. But I couldn’t wait that long 🙂

  1. While it’s raining there, it’s in the 80’s and sunny here! 🙂 I’m loving this weather we’re having..and it’s perfect for iced decaf mochas and mint-chip ice cream (some recent indulges of mine!)..lol..miss ya Em!
