Dad is in Holland Heaven.
yes, oh yes. Our own little Dutch front yard is now filled with the tulips that Mom and Dad planted last fall. They came into full bloom this week, and now grace us, passerby’s, and visitors with their color and general splendour. i can’t remember the last time this many bloomed!  Usually the squirrels eat up so many of the bulbs…so, this year is certainly a hit.Â

Love the pics! Especially the one you chose as your blog header. Did you take that one too? Our tulips are in bloom as well, not quite as many as your dad, yet. Given that I’ve inherited the Jansen passion for yards and gardening, I’m sure I’m on my way!
